Bien travailler cette p\u00e2te et la laisser reposer 5 \u00e0 10 min, puis faire des boules de 80 \u00e0 90 g environ, puis les aplatir une par une en cercle d\u2019environ 12 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\t\n<p>\nMettre une couche d\u2019huile entre chaque galette et les superposer. Aplatir \u00e0 nouveau cette couche de 5 galettes en un cercle d\u2019environ 25 cm de diam\u00e8tre et la cuire sur une plaque en fonte (ou \u00e0 la rigueur dans une grande po\u00eale T\u00e9fal).<\/p>\n<p>La retourner pour cuire l\u2019autre face.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9feuillez cette p\u00e2te et d\u00e9coupez-la en bande de 5 x 15 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Plus simplement, il existe de la p\u00e2te toute pr\u00eate en vente en rayon surgel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<br>\n<h4>LA FARCE : PR\u00c9PARATION<\/h4>\n<p>\nD\u00e9couper le blanc de poulet en cubes de 1 cm et les mettre dans un r\u00e9cipient avec les oignons verts, le persil ou coriandre et les \u00e9pices.\nBien m\u00e9langer le tout.\t<\/p>\n<p>\nPoser le contenu d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de farce sur la moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure du rectangle de p\u00e2te et faire ainsi un cornet, puis rabattre 2 fois de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 emprisonner la farce dans un triangle de p\u00e2te.
